It’s a task that needs uninterrupted attention, and you most likely do not the needed time to optimally handle it. This is why we suggest that we take care of the job on your behalf. If you make use of our Optional Admin Services package, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS and all the services running on it. As a result you will have much more time for your sites or web applications.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is important – one never knows when something would go wrong. And using our Optional Admin Services option, you can enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. What’s more all the backups will be saved on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disks. This means that your hosted content will always be safe, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Suggested that you’d like your VPS to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure specific software on it. And if this may seem like something far too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, is the right solution for your needs. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our veteran sysadmins who will install and configure any software application or solve any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans. With our KVM VPS Hosting Plans, it’s an extra feature.
